Meet the Doctor

Dr. Natosha Speight, CEO/Founder, is a clinician (LCSW-C, LICSW), psychologist (Ph.D.), speaker, trainer, consultant, advocate and most importantly, mother.

She provides counseling and psychotherapy, coaching, and diagnostic and assessment services to children, adolescents, adults and families in a safe, non-judgmental, respectful environment.

She provides mental health trainings, webinars and workshops on trauma and coping strategies in communities; and trains educators on Restorative Practices and Community Building in schools.

She is also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) who conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments, and educational consultation services within various school settings and environments (public and non-public) in the Metropolitan area.

My approach in therapy is strength-based and person-centered; and I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, drawing upon various aspects of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy methods customized for the individual needs of each person I serve. With children and younger clients, I also utilize play therapy, behavior modification and other developmentally appropriate techniques to address treatment needs. After more than 20 years in the field, I remain committed and dedicated to providing confidential, ethical, and qualified clinical support, guidance and assistance to help clients (and families) attain personal growth, achieve therapeutic goals and maximize their potential.
